Huawei Honor 6X smartphone was launched in India last month starting at Rs. 12,999. The Honor 6X was available in the country earlier this month only through flash sale exclusively on Amazon India. Now the company has announced that the Honor 6X is now available through open sale in the country on Amazon.in. Both 32GB and 64GB models are on open sale. The smartphone was first introduced back in October last year.
The Honor 6X comes in gold, silver and gray colors. The Honor 6X also has fingerprint sensor on the back, hybrid SIM slot, 4G VoLTE support, and 3340mAh battery with fast charging. The Honor 6X features a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by an Kirin 655 SoC with octa-core CPU. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 OS and will receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update. The Honor 6X features a dual-camera setup on the back with a 12 megapixel main camera with 6P lens & PDAF (phase-detection auto-focus), and a second 2 megapixel sensor on the back. It also has an 8 megapixel front facing camera.

The Honor 6X comes with the SOS panic button which will send an SMS to preset numbers and also provide location information in emergency. The phone also comes with support for 14 local languages ( Hindi, Bengali, Telegu, Marathi, Tamil, Urdu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, Punjabi, Assamese, Maithili & Nepali).
