Nubia M2, M2 Lite, N2 Smartphones with 16MP Front Cameras unveiled: price, specs and availability

ZTE has unveiled three new Nubia smartphones which include – Nubia M2, Nubia M2 Lite, and Nubia N2 in its home market, China. Taking a look at the specifications of all the three smartphones, these devices have a lot of similarities, while there are differences as well. All three smartphones sport 5.5-inch displays, but with differing resolutions, and all three also support dual-SIM cards in a hybrid dual-SIM configuration. Nubia M2

Nubia M2 sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) AMOLED display. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC that’s coupled with 4GB of RAM. Storage wise, the Nubia M2 device comes in two storage variants – 64GB or 128GB, which can be further expanded up to 200GB via an external microSD card. It features a 13MP dual rear camera setup with dual-LED flash and on the front; the smartphone fits a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. It includes several connectivity options like – 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, USB Type-C, and GPS support. Nubia M2 is backed by a 3630mAh battery, which comes with NeoPower fast charging support.

Nubia M2 Price And Availability

Nubia M2 comes with a price tag of CNY 2,699 (roughly Rs 27,000). The smartphone is expected to go on sale very soon, however, the company didn’t confirm the date.

Nubia M2 Lite

The Nubia M2 Lite has several similarities in specifications to the Nubia M2, but there are notable differences. It sports a lower resolution (HD – 720×1280 pixels), IPS display and comes in 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage and 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variants with storage expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB). It foregoes the dual rear camera setup and uses a single 13-megapixel sensor with a f/2.2 aperture and dual-LED flash. It is backed up by a smaller 3000mAh battery with fast charging support.

Nubia N2

Nubia N2 sports a 5.5-inch full-HD AMOLED display. Under the hood, Nubia N2 is powered by a MediaTek octa-core SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. The storage can be further expanded by a microSD card. As for optics, it bears a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, and dual-LED flash, apart from a 16-megapixel front camera. It has standard connectivity options including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm audio jack. It is backed up by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support that’s rated to deliver up to 60 hours of talk time.
