YU Televentures, a subsidiary of Micromax, has launched new smartphone in India under the Yureka series dubbed as YU Yureka S (YU 5200). The smartphone is listed on companies website at Rs 12,999. It comes with 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and powered by 1.7GHz Octa-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It is a Hybrid Dual SIM smartphone and runs on old Android 5.1 (Lollipop) OS.
Yureka S has 3 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. If internal storage is not enough to store music,videos and movies, you can expand it using microSD card. It features a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, OmniVision OV13850 sensor, and 1080p video recording. It also has a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture, OmniVision OV5693 sensor, 84-degree wide-angle lens. The connectivity option includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. It has 3000mAh battery.
The YU YUREKA S measures 154.8 x 78 x 8.5 mm and weighs 172 grams. It comes in gray color.
