Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 receives Android 6.0 Marshmallow based MIUI update

After a long wait, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 owners can enjoy their hands on with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Xiaomi has released the MIUI Global Stable OTA update based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow for the Redmi Note 3 smartphone. The new update comes with several optimizations, improvements and bug fixes.

The new update brings three-fingered swipe for screenshots, Privacy protection password, permissions for Lock screen and background notifications, colored backgrounds for Alarm and much more.
