OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T to receive Android Nougat stable OTA update starting tonight

It’s looks like OnePlus wants to bye-bye the year 2016 on a high. Going by it’s promise, OnePlus is all set to roll out Android Nougat stable OTA update starting tonight, at least in some time zones. The company has already released a Nougat beta update for the 3T which is now available to download from OnePlus forum. The confirmation is coming via Twitter by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei. According to him the stable over-the-air Nougat update will begin to roll out starting tonight for both the 3 and 3T phones.

The first OxygenOS 4.0 (Android 7.0) beta build for the OnePlus 3T is also released, just hours ahead of the stable Nougat release. The OnePlus 3 has already on beta builds since late November. It it’s first Nougat Open Beta update, OnePlus 3T will receive

Finally the Nougat update to OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T is coming. The OTA roll out will be gradual, so it may take few days to come to you, lucky ones will get it at least in some time zones starting tonight.

[Update] Some users are confirming that OnePlus 3T is already getting the final version of Android Nougat, but only the 3T as of now.
