Apple support app for iOS devices (Macs included) now available in the US

After releasing it’s dedicated support app for iOS devices in the Netherlands last month, Apple has made it available in the US also. It’s took time for Apple to release it in the country, but now the app is officially released for download. Apple Support app for iOS in the US is now available in the iTunes App Store, and you can install it on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 9 or later.

According to Apple on app’s iTunes page,

Apple support app is an one-stop-solution for Apple product problem solving. This app gives you the full list of the Apple products you own, product information and basic advice on how to resolve common issues. You can easily start a chat with a support representative, or schedule a support call. Also if you have really messed up your device with some serious problem, you will have the option to schedule repair appointments with the Apple Store or an approved third party.
