Microsoft has updated the Cortana app for Android and iOS which brings a new features which lets you add a photo to a reminder. The latest update – version 1.9.5 – has now started hitting Android and iOS devices.
What’s New in Version 1.9.5
- Now you can add a photo to a reminder. Try “Hey Cortana, remind me to pick this up at the store” and add your photo.
- Cortana can remember what you tell her and recall it on demand, across all your devices.
To add a photo to a reminder all you need to say something like “Hey Cortana, remind me to pick this up at the store,” and just add the photo of the product you want to get reminded about.
Cortana for Android and iOS helps you as a personal assistant. Your schedule, your interests, your people, your reminders—the app makes sure all that stuff is available wherever you need it. You can get information and answers to all kinds of questions, it can help you find it.
