After Sony, HTC announced the name of it’s devices getting Android 7.0 Nougat update. HTC has promised earlier that Android Nougat update will be made available to it’s current flagships as soon as it comes out. Google has started rolling out Nougat update to the supported devices last week.
HTC devices getting Android 7.0 Nougat update
HTC 10 will be the first to get Android 7.0 Nougat update sometime in Q4 between October and December this year. The HTC One M9 and One A9 will get the latest Android version soon after that. HTC has also mentioned that the unlocked devices will get the update, carrier devices will have to wait a little longer. So far, only three HTC flagships are in the list.

HTC announced that it received the final Android 7.0 Nougat software from Google and is now working on to adapt it to Sense UI and the HTC top trio.
