Huawei has announced a new smartphone under it’s Honor brand – Honor 8 Pro. The Honor 8 Pro is a rebranded Honor V9 in China which was announced earlier this year. The honor 8 pro features a 5.7-inch display Quad HD display and is powered by a Octa-Core Kirin 960 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB of internal storage with microSD card support up to 128GB. It has a fingerprint scanner at the back of the phone.
The Honor 8 Pro has the same camera setup that’s found on the Honor 8: 12 MP+ 12 MP dual back camera and a 8 MP single front facing camera. Honor 8 Pro has a new feature co-developed with GoPro to allow better image sharing experience.The photo Gallery will automatically order pictures and generate photo albums based on people, places, events. The handsets also comes with pre-stalled GoPro Quik app with advanced editing features.
The Honor 8 Pro come with Hybrid Dual-SIM functionality (nano SIM + nano SIM / microSD). It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with Emotion UI 5.1 on top. The phone packs a 4000mAH battery inside with the fast charging technology. Also the Honor 8 Pro comes with Honor VR cardboard glasses in the box.
