Meizu has introduced its latest mid-range smartphone at an event in China dubbed as Meizu M3X. It has 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) LCD display, and powered by 2.3GHz GHz MediaTek Helio P20 Octa-Core 64-bit processor. It comes in two variants- 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage. It runs Flyme OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It has a glass back with ceramic crystal coating that shines when the light is reflected.
It is a Dual SIM smartphone. As far as the camera is concerned, it has 12 MP rear camera with dual tone LED Flash, Sony IMX386 sensor, PDAF, 4K video recording and 5MP front-facing camera. It also has a fingerprint sensor. Connectivity Options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS, USB Type-C. It packs 3200mAh battery with fast charging feature.

The Meizu M3X is priced at 1,699 CNY (approx. US$ 247 / INR. 16,900) for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version, and 1,999 CNY (approx. US$ 290 / INR. 19,900) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version. It is now available for order in China and goes on sale starting from December 8th, 2016.
