Android 7.0 Nougat update is now rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge smartphone owners in India. Along with the Android OS version 7.0, the new software update brings several bug fixes speed optimizations and stability improvements. The OTA update size is around 1.3GB. Earlier to this, Samsung has released the Android Nougat upgrade to Galaxy S6/S6 edge handsets last week. But at that time, only Europe owners of the devices were getting the update.
As usual the OTA update is rolling out gradually, it may take some time for the update to hit your device. Meanwhile, you can manually check for any software update notification by heading to your handset’s Settings menu.
