Samsung’s next big flagship coming to India next week. Samsung Mobile India has confirmed that it will launch its flagship Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones in India on April 19th. Both the phones are expected go on sale starting April 21st along with the global launch. Also the pricing details will be revealed next week at the launch. Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus were introduced last month. If sources are to be believed the smartphone will be priced at Rs 59,999 in India.
The new Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones feature 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch bezel-less ‘Infinity Display’ respectively. Both the smartphones have curved screen design, Gorilla Glass 5, 2960×1440 pixel resolution, and 18.5:9 aspect ratio. Many features are same in both the devices like Processor, RAM, internal storage, Hybrid dual-SIM Slot, Camera (Front/Rear), Sensors and connectivity options. Both Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ have 4GB of RAM, Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, 12-megapixel dual-pixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front camera, and IP68 certification for water- and dust-resistance. Both the phones comes with Samsung’s Bixby Voice Assistant just like the Apple’s Siri and Google Assistant.
