Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and 9.7 now getting Android Nougat update

Many Samsung smartphones are already receiving the Android Nougat update, now the company is looking towards it’s tablets to give them latest software treatment. To start with Galaxy Tab S2, Samsung is now rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat update to the Tab S2. Both the 2015 Tab S2 models, Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and the Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 are now receiving the Nougat update. 

Currently the Tab S2 9.7-inch Wi-Fi-only device with the model number SM-T810 is getting Nougat in Germany, while the 4G-capable SM-T715 8-incher is receiving the same update. The Nougat update brings Game Launcher, improved performance, improved multi-window feature, a newer user interface, and improvements to notifications as well as quick setting buttons.

The OTA update is rolling out gradually, it may take some time to reach you. And also the Nougat roll out is expected to Galaxy Tab S2 models from another European country in coming weeks.
