Sony Xperia XA1 with 5-inch display, 23MP camera, Android 7.0 launched in India for Rs. 19,990

Sony Mobile has launched Xperia XA1, a mid-range smartphone in India. The Sony Xperia XA1 was announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 in Barcelona earlier this year. has a 5-inch 720p display with curved glass with side bezels barely there. Sony calls it proudly a “borderless edge-to-edge screen.” The phone is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P20 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM.

The Xperia XA1 comes with 32GB of internal storage with support for microSD card up to 256GB. The Xperia XA1 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and packs a 2300mAh battery. Coming to the camera specs which is the most promising feature of the phone, the Xperia XA1 has a 23-megapixel Exmor RS rear camera with LED flash, Hybrid Auto-Focus and SteadyShot. The selfie camera packs a 8-megapixel auto focus front-facing camera.

Price and Availability

The Sony Xperia XA1 is priced at Rs. 19,990 (MRP Rs. 20,990) in India. The phone will be available in different retail stores and online stores across the country.
