LG is not interested in selling the V20 smartphone in the UK

Earlier the news surfaced that the LG V20 smartphone is not coming to European countries, and now unfortunately we have some bad news for the LG fans in the UK. It is confirmed officially by LG itself to a third party online retailer Clove that the V20 flagship is not coming to the UK markets. In short, LG won’t be officially selling the V20 in the UK.

This is quite surprising how LG thinks to withhold its premier flagship from one of the key market. So far, there is very little info regarding the global release of the handset, but it is confirmed that the V20 is not coming to the UK. So if you are a LG fan from the UK and waiting the handset, then this is really some bad news for you. The LG V20 will become available in Q3 starting this month in Korea followed by other regions.

But wait, all is not lost, there is still a little hope out there. This won’t be going to happen officially but the third party sellers such as Clove will import V20 units from other markets so you can have a V20 and use it in the UK. At this time, Clove is not confirming when they will have the stock or at what price. If your are from the UK and want the V20 handset, then you can register your interest in the V20 with the Clove here. We also recommending you to confirm with other retailers in the UK about the availability of the V20.

LG has officially announced the V20 smartphone earlier this week at an event in San Francisco. The LG V20 will be the first new smartphone to run on Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box. The LG V20 comes with a 5.7-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD primary display and a secondary (160 x 1040 pixels) display. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. It packs a removable 3,200 mAh battery with QuickCharge 3.0. It also supports dual rear camera set up.
