Motorola announces global roll out of Android Nougat update to Moto Z and Moto Z Force

Last month, Motorola released the list of it’s smartphones getting Android 7.0 Nougat update before the end of the year. Well, here’s is some good news for Moto Z and Moto Z Force owners. Motorola has now officially announced that it will begin rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat update globally to Moto Z and Moto Z Force this week. So, finally the Nougat wait is over for the Moto Z and Moto Z Force owners around the world. The Company has already started rolling out Nougat update in the US to the same.

Also, with the upgrade to Android 7.0 Nougat, Motorola says, both the handsets will be compatible with Daydream, Google’s platform for high-quality, mobile VR. This will make Moto Z and Moto Z Force the first phones from any third-party manufacturer to be recognized by Google as Daydream-ready devices – a distinction given to phones that have been certified for the Daydream platform and are built for VR with
 high-resolution displays, ultra-smooth graphics and high-fidelity sensors for precise head tracking.

Motorola says,

With Daydream, you can explore new worlds, attend a sporting event or concert, enjoy your own personal cinema and so much more. To get started, you’ll need Google’s VR headset and controller – Daydream View – available at Verizon, Best Buy and the Google Store in the U.S. Check your local stores in other markets.

So the Android 7.0 Nougat is coming to Moto Z and Moto Z Force with lot of opportunity to dive into a kaleidoscope of experiences.
