Last week, Motorola confirmed it’s plan for Android 7.0 Nougat update to it’s devices and named the devices getting it first. Now today, the company has released the complete list of it’s smartphones that will get the Android Nougat update. The Nougat update will start rolling out in Q4 and the Moto Z and Moto G (4th Gen) will be the first line of handsets to get it.
Here’s the full list of Motorola smartphones that will be getting Android 7.0 Nougat:
Moto G (4th Gen)
Moto G Plus (4th Gen)
Moto G Play (4th Gen)
Moto X Pure Edition (3rd Gen)
Moto X Style
Moto X Play
Moto X Force
Droid Turbo 2
Droid Maxx 2
Moto Z
Moto Z Droid
Moto Z Force Droid
Moto Z Play
Moto Z Play Droid
Nexus 6
Here’s a big set back for the Moto G (3rd Gen) smartphone owners as the device is not featured in the above list. Many Moto G3 owners were looking forward to get the Nougat update considering that the device is just a year old. Unfortunately this will disappoint them.
