LG G5 starts receiving Android 7.0 Nougat update, will reach to all LG G5 owners in coming weeks

LG has started rolling out the Android 7.0 Nougat update to it’s G5 smartphone. The LG G5 Android Nougat update comes with many bug fixes based on customers’ feedback in the preview program.Starting today, the Android Nougat update will come to all LG G5 owners around the world in the coming weeks. The G5 owners will soon have access to the same improved software we see on the V20. The LG V20 was launched last month and is the first smartphone to come with Android 7.0 Nougat running out of the box.

Currently the Nougat update is hitting the LG G5 units in the company’s home country of South Korea, will soon come the all G5 owners around the world. The company said that the users in the US, Asia and other regions will get the Nougat update in coming weeks. As the software update roll out goes gradually depends on your region, it may take few days to reach you.

Commenting on the Nougat update roll out to LG G5 owners, company said in a press release,
